​​​​​​​AUSTIN – Locally based Project Transitions has purchased 1.09 acres at 8007 Burnet Rd. for an​ affordable housing project.

The community will house and support people aged 60 and older living with HIV and AIDS. 

The company will demolish the 20,000-sf former Zoe’s Safe Space building to make way for the project.

​NAI Partners and Kucera Cos. represented the buyer.​ Special Agent Group represented the seller, 8007 Burnet Holdings LLC.​​​
