Phase II of Catalon at Lago Mar underway

​​​TEXAS CITY – Oldham Goodwin Capital and MGroup + Architects have broken ground on phase two of the Catalon at Lago Mar apartments.

The Class A development will include four additional ​buildings​ offering a total of 170 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Floor plans will range from 715 to 1,417 sf.

Amenities include a pool, outdoor exercise area with a turf field, dog park, electric vehicle charging stations, and carwash station.

Completion is set for November 2020.
