AUSTIN – Brandywine Realty Trust is developing a 25-story office building as the final phase of Garza Ranch.
The 150,000-sf, Class A facility will be the second office building in the 34-acre mixed-use development at William Canon Dr. and MoPac Expy.
Page Southerland Page is the designer.
JLL will lease the building.
