WACO – NeighborWorks Waco is developing Belmont Village, a $6.5 million duplex subdivision behind the H-E-B at 1821 S. Valley Mills Dr. near I-35.
Each of the 27 duplexes will average 1,000 sf. Rent will average $1,000 per month.
The subdivision will include a walking trail, sidewalks, and fenced backyards.
The project will start in February and wrap up by 2021.
