AUSTIN – Landmark Properties has acquired two student housing properties near the University of Texas at 2100 Rio Grande St. and 2518 Leon St.
The Nine at Rio and The Nine at West Campus total 692 beds. Both properties offer studios and one- to five-bedroom units.
Amenities include a pool, fitness center, game room, media lounge, coffee bar, and courtyard grilling stations.
