PLANO – Heady Investments is teaming up with Thakkar Developers to build a 90,000-sf office building in the 36-acre Mustang Square development on SH 121.
The four-story office building will include a fitness center, a tenant lounge, conference rooms, and dining areas.
It will be within walking distance of retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues planned in Mustang Square.
Novel Builders is the general contractor.
