SAN ANTONIO – Roseville, Calif.-based Harris Bay is turning several warehouses in the Lavaca neighborhood into 39 apartments.
The apartments will be on Jacobs and St. Mary’s Streets.
Harris Bay is also developing a restaurant or coffee shop.
Half an acre will be rezoned for the project, which will kick off in first quarter 2020.
