​​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH – Big box net absorption increased this quarter, with many Class A and B spaces taken off the market and backfilled by fitness and entertainment concepts, according to CBRE.

Nearly 951,000 sf of retail space was absorbed across the market. Occupancy held steady at 94.7 percent.

Over 2.5 million sf of retail space is under construction, and over 389,000 sf delivered last quarter.
