SAN ANTONIO – Carmel, Ind.-based Pedcor Cos. is developing two local affordable apartment projects totaling $73 million.
Culbera Creek, a 312-unit complex at FM 1560 and Culbera Rd., broke ground in July. Move-ins are slated for October 2020.
The 280-unit Mesa West apartments at 25601 Overlook Pkwy. will break ground soon and wrap up by 2021.
All units in both projects are reserved for people making 60 percent or less of the area median income. The communities are funded as part of a federal housing tax credit program.
