IRVING – Mueller Co. LLC has signed a 26,250-sf, Class A lease for a distribution center at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
This takes the 74,375-sf Logistics Center Seven building at 775 N. Royal Ln. to full occupancy.
CBRE represented the landlord, EastGroup Properties LP. Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant.
Construction on the space will start this week and take two months.
