HOUSTON – Pelican Builders will break ground on The Hawthorne, a 17-story condominium tower, in first quarter 2020.
The tower at 5656 San Felipe St. will have 67 units averaging 2,705 sf. Prices start at $1.1 million.
Community amenities include a 67-ft lap pool, fifth-floor "oasis" with a fitness center, resident lounge and bar with fireplace, game tables, coffee area, and catering kitchen.
