​​The Terrace at Oak Springs opens to the homelessAUSTIN – Local nonprofit Integral Care has opened The Terrace at Oak Springs, a 50-unit affordable apartment community for the homeless.

The 40,000-sf, four-story building at 3000 Oak Springs Dr. will house and support 25 homeless veterans and 25 other people experiencing homelessness.

Rent for the fully furnished single-occupancy units will be based on the individual’s income and start at $25 per month.

Residents will have access to a health care clinic, employment and wellness services, and benefits assistance.
