DALLAS – California-based First American Exchange Co. LLC has purchased a vacant 38,500-sf warehouse in Lone Star Park.
Built in 1984, the 1.9-acre property at 1900 Lone Star Dr. has easy access to Interstates 30 and 35.
The property offers six dock-high loading doors, 23-ft clear heights, outside storage, a surface parking lot, and sprinkler system.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the seller, Stonelake Capital Partners. Stream Realty Partners represented the buyer.
A specialty tire retailer is moving into the space, which will open in October 2019.
