PLANO – Southern Methodist University has sold its 16-acre, four-building campus in the Legacy business park.
The 48,000-sf branch campus was founded in 1997 and has been up for sale since last year.
A partnership led by Trammell Crow Co. was the buyer.
Newmark Knight Frank brokered the sale.
