LEANDER – Dallas-based Cypress Equities has sold Crystal Falls Town Center to a TIC under the direction of Studio City, Calif.-based ACF Property Management Inc.
Built in 2016, the 94,820-sf shopping center is on 13 acres at 3441 Lakeline Blvd.
Anchored by a Randall’s grocery store, the 99 percent-occupied center is home to tenants including GNC, Starbucks, Orangetheory Fitness, and Sprint.
