AUSTIN – Germany-based Quarters is developing a five-story, 120-bedroom co-living facility at 1108 Nueces St.
Residents will have access to a large communal kitchen and living space that can also host events. There will also be 6,000 sf of ground-floor retail space.
The 45,000-sf building will feature a rooftop deck overlooking the downtown skyline and Texas State Capitol.
Austin Quarters will open in 2021.
The site of the facility is owned by locally based Weaver Buildings. McKinney York Architects is the designer.
