AUSTIN – Transwestern Development Co. is developing a 147 micro-unit apartment complex at 847 W. 12th St.
The studio, one-, and two-bedroom units will average 444 sf and include luxury finishes.
Amenities will include a pool, courtyard, fitness center, and laundry facilities.
Construction will begin in the second half of 2020.
Wilder Belshaw Architects designed the apartment building.
