SELMA – Oak Brook, Ill.-based Inland National Development Co. LLC (INDC) will soon break ground on a 303-unit apartment complex at 15453 Lookout Rd.
Amenities will include a clubhouse with cybercafé and coffee bar, a fitness and business center, resort-style pool, outdoor grilling areas, dog park, and green space.
INDC is working with Houston-based Cambridge Development Group on the project, which will deliver in 2021.
