MIDLAND - Pioneer Natural Resources has opened its new $76 million, 265,000-sf Permian Basin Headquarters at 3617 N. Big Spring St.
The six-story office building amenities include:
• a three-story parking garage with 460 spaces,
• an employee cafeteria,
• child care facilities for up to 112 children of employees and
• a fitness center and locker rooms.
Pioneer is the No. 1 taxpayer in Midland County and employs more than 1,700 people in the Permian Basin.
Pioneer focuses on four core areas: the northern and southern Spraberry-Wolfcamp, the West Panhandle, the Eagle Ford and the Raton Basin of Colorado.
