​DALLAS – ​​An affiliate of locally based Retail Plazas Inc. has received $18.9 million in financing for the purchase of two Texas retail properties. 

Argentic provided a $15.4 million, ten-year loan for Courtyard Plaza at 155 S. I-35 in New Braunfels. 

Wells Fargo provided a $3.5 million, ten-year loan for Duck Community Shopping Center at 5006 N. Jupiter Rd. in Garland. 

Berkadia arranged the CMBS financing.
