GRAPEVINE – Talley Riggins Construction Group has completed a 32,000-sf, build-to-suit office and warehouse project.
The building, which will serve as the new headquarters for HVAC supplier McMillan James Equipment Co., can house over 100 employees.
The project includes a covered rooftop terrace, covered parking, and a 10,000-sf warehouse.
Dallas-based Merriman Anderson Architects was the architect and interior designer.
