DALLAS – Healthcare Trust of America is building a $55 million, Class A building on the Medical City Heart Hospital and Spine Campus off US 75.
The project will have 107,000 sf of leasable space and a parking garage.
The campus used to house the Forest Park Medical Center flagship location.
Completion is set for 2021.
