293-unit lakeside rental project starts in Las Colinas

​​​​​​​​​​​​​LAS COLINAS – Legacy Partners and HGC Investment Management are building a 293-unit rental project on Lake Carolyn.

Located in the Urban Center on SH 114, the community will offer lake views, a fitness center, outdoor kitchens, ​pool and hot spa, and a dock with paddleboards and kayaks.

The community is being financed by BMO Harris Bank. REES Associates Inc. is the architect, and KWA Construction is the general contractor.

The first units will be ready in early 2021.
