NEW BRAUNFELS – Case & Associates Properties Inc. is developing Barbarosa Ranch at Creekside, a 291-unit multifamily property along Barbarosa Rd. near Freiheit Village.
Designed by Tulsa, Okla.-based Architects Collective, the $17.7 million project will break ground in the next 30 to 60 days.
All apartments will be market rate.
Completion is set for summer 2021.
