52K-sf Bissonnet Medical Plaza breaks ground

​​​HOUSTON – Jacob White Construction has broken ground on Bissonnet Medical Plaza, a three-story medical office building at 4460 Bissonnet St.

The 52,000-sf building will have a covered patient drop off area and both surface-level and garage parking. 

JLL has leased out the third floor. The first two floors are still available​​. 

Completion is set for fourth quarter ​2020.
