DENTON – Health club chain Fitness Connection has signed a 55,606-sf lease at Golden Triangle Mall.
The Retail Connection represented the tenant, which will backfill a space currently occupied by Designer Shoe Warehouse, whose lease expires in September.
Weitzman represented the building ownership.
GTM Development Ltd. redeveloped the mall, which is anchored by Macy’s, JCPenney, Dillard’s, Barnes & Noble, and H&M.
