HOUSTON – Golden Pass LNG has signed a 38,000-sf long-term lease at downtown’s 811 Louisiana building for its headquarters.
The building recently underwent a $40 million renovation, including a new exterior, lobby, conference center, fitness center, bike storage room, and electric car charging stations in the garage.
Golden Pass' current headquarters are at 333 Clay St.
Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord, Busycon Properties.
