HOUSTON – Eagle’s Trace Senior Living Community will begin work on a $52 million expansion project that will include a third independent-living building at 14703 Eagle Vista Dr.
The project will add 150 residential units in a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
There will also be a new dining venue, large meeting space, and satellite fitness center.
Completion is set for late summer 2021.
