DALLAS – Kaizen Development Partners has for filed building permits for The Link at Uptown, a 300,000-sf office tower on N. Akard St. near Cedar Springs.
The $73 million building permit is for 12 floors of office space on top of a 13-floor, 334,000-sf parking garage.
The developer has secured financing for the project with Broad Street Real Estate Credit Partners III.
Architect BOKA Powell designed the building, which is set to open in 2021.
