Suite! Jefferies begins 40K-sf renovation project

​​HOUSTON – Jefferies LLC has begun construction on a 40,000-sf renovation of suites 2400 and 2500 in Three Allen Center.

The $6 million renovation will involve a complete demolition and remodel of the suites in the 50-story building. 

The project will have high-end finishes, including an internal staircase connecting the two suites. 

PDR Corp. is the project architect. 

Construction began earlier this month and will wrap up​ by late 2019.
