KATY – Health care company Kelsey-Seybold has begun work on a 37,000-sf, two-story clinic in 91-acre Grand Morton Town Center along SH 99.
The 3.8-acre ground lease, signed with NewQuest Properties, provides Kelsey-Seybold with enough land for a 17,000-sf expansion.
The clinic is expected to open in April 2020.
On buildout, Grand Morton will hold more than 600,400 sf of retail, restaurants, and medical office space.
