DALLAS – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has purchased land at 4302 Ross Ave. for a 240-unit, four-story luxury apartment complex.
The community will offer studio and one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 500 to 1,400 sf.
The lot, previously home to a car dealership, is less than a mile from downtown.
Completion is scheduled for early 2021.
