52,000-SF Medical Campus to Midland

MIDLAND – United Surgical Partners International (USPI) selected Adolfson & Peterson Construction (A&P) as General Contractor to build a medical campus in Midland.

A&P will manage the construction of the 52,000-sf medical office building, as well as a 4,424-sf expansion to USPI’s adjacent Texas Surgery Center (TSC).

The project is located near the intersection of Westridge Blvd. and Deauville Blvd., adjacent to the Scharbauer Sports Complex in west Midland.

Construction is currently scheduled to commence in August 2015 with substantial completion slated for Q2 2016.
