250-unit multifamily offers upside potential

​​​DALLAS ​– Greens of Hickory Trail, a 250-unit multifamily community at 8613 Old Hickory Trail, has been purchased.

The property is just outside downtown near I-20 and U​S 67.

Rental restrictions will phase out over the next two years, offering the buyer upside potential as none of the units have been upgraded since its construction was completed in 2000.

Greens of Hickory Trail was 97 percent occupied at the time of sale.
