SAN ANTONIO – Offenhauser & Co. has acquired a 30,000-sf warehouse at 533 Delaware St. from Recycle 5.
The former auto-parts warehouse will be rezoned and renovated into office and other commercial space.
The buyer will take space on the main level of the two-story building. Overland Partners is the project designer.
