SAN ANTONIO – GVA Real Estate Group has purchased Kenton Place, a 244-unit apartment complex at 14650 Nacogdoches Rd.
The property offers one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities include two pools, three sports courts, a children’s play area, fitness center, and dog park.
JLL represented the seller, Bruggeman Properties LLC, and secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer through NXT capital.
