Big things in store for Dallas’ Harwood District
DALLAS – Harwood International is finishing up construction on its tenth building its Harwood District.
The 226,778-sf, 22-story office on McKinnon St. is called Harwood No. 10. It is 65 percent leased to companies including Cyrus One.
The developer recently filed plans with the city to build a 40-story, over one million-sf tower between the Harwood District and Victory Park called Harwood No. 12.
The tower will have retail at the lobby level, 14 parking levels, an amenity level on the roof of the parking garage, 23 office levels above the parking garage, and an observation deck/sky lounge at the top.
When completed, the Harwood District is estimated to be valued at more than $3 billion.
