SAN ANTONIO – DJE Texas Management Group has acquired the 124-unit Autumn Brook apartments at 11726 West Ave.
The new owner is planning more than $600,000 in upgrades for the complex, which offers studios and one- and two-bedroom floor plans.
Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and laundry facilities.
The Multifamily Group negotiated the transaction.
