HOUSTON – Apartment developer Morgan has started leasing units at Pearl Marketplace at 3120 Smith St. in Midtown.
The eight-story building will include 264 apartments above a 40,000-sf Whole Foods Market on the first floor.
Residents will have private elevator access to the grocery store, as well as coworking space, an Uber waiting lounge, and kayak and bike storage.
The Whole Foods store is expected to open first quarter 2020.
