Lewisville Fairfield Inn & Suites sold

​​​​​LEWISVILLE – Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Lewisville, a 71-room hotel at 2697 Lake Vista Dr., has been sold to a private investor.

Marcus & Millichap marketed the property on behalf of the seller, a Dallas-based limited liability company.

The buyer group was approved by Marriott to self-manage the asset. The property came with a long-term Fairfield Inn & Suites license.
