Downtown Austin skyscraper 65 percent leased

​​​​​​AUSTIN – Brown Advisory LLC has leased 33,505 sf in Indeed Tower, a 36-story high-rise​ at 200 W. Sixth St.

Formerly known as Block 71, the 709,000-sf tower ​will be the tallest and largest office building in the city​.

The new lease brings the building to 65 percent leased, according to developers Trammell Crow Co. and Principal Real Estate Investors. 

It will be anchored by its namesake, the job search company Indeed. The Teacher Retirement System of Texas is also leasing more than 100,000 sf.​

​Amenities will include an 8,500-sf fitness center, a conference center, eight outdoor terraces, 1,500 parking spaces, and 10,600 sf of ground-level retail space.

CBRE Group Inc. represented the landlord, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Brown. ​

Completion is set for late summer 2021.
