MONTGOMERY – Gordon Partners is expanding Waterpoint Center, a mixed-use development along the southern shore of Lake Conroe at Hwy 105 and Tejas Blvd.
Phase two will include 35,000 sf of retail shops, office space, and waterfront restaurants.
The existing Waterpoint Marina will be expanded to accommodate an additional 70 boat slips.
Construction will be completed in second quarter 2020.
