HOUSTON – Exeter Property Group has acquired Century Oaks Business Park, a 245,860-sf industrial facility at 10601 S. Sam Houston Parkway W.
Situated on 19 acres, the six-building property includes dock levelers and bumpers, 24-ft clear heights, column spacing of 42 by 46 feet, and 293 parking spaces.
Tenants include XPO Last Mile, Sunny Rock, Edvivi, Wetsounds, Holliday Process, and Solutions.
Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International represented the seller in the transaction. Rubicon Representation worked on behalf of the buyer.
