Regent Square Phase II leasing underway

​HOUSTON – GID Development Group has commenced retail leasing for the second phase of its mixed-use Regent Square development in the River Oaks/Montrose submarkets. 

Phase two will be built on eight acres at West Dallas and Dunlavy St. and include a 600-unit multifamily development and 50,000 sf of retail space.

The project will also have 60,000 sf of exterior and 16,000 sf of interior amenity space.

CBT is the project’s architect, and OJB Landscape Architecture designed the central plaza. JLL will handle leasing.
