Texas College completes admin building redo

​​​​​​TYLER – Garrett & Associates has completed the renovation of Martin Hall, a 30,000-sf historic landmark building on the campus of Texas College at 2404 N.​ Grand Ave. 

The building, which suffered structural damage from a 2015 storm, serves as the school’s designated administration space. 

Merriman Anderson was the project architect.
