WeWork inks 75K-sf lease in San Antonio

​​​SAN ANTONIO – WeWork Companies Inc. has signed a 75,000-sf lease for the top two floors of the Grant Building and the top four floors of the Kress Building.

Both buildings, at 305 and 315 E. Houston St., are owned by local developer GrayStreet Partners.

While finish-out work on both buildings has not begun, WeWork has hired Gensler and local contractor G.W. Mitchell Construction to design and build the project. 

Move-in for the Kress Building is set for 2020.
