SAN ANTONIO – Bed Bath & Beyond has signed a 37,760-sf lease at 201 Central Park Mall.
The home goods store will take space that formerly housed a Sears, which closed in July 2018.
Additional new tenants for the 198,885-sf retail center include Buy Buy Baby (21,228 sf) and fitness chain Tru Fit (61,762 sf).
CBRE represented the landlord, Seritage Growth Properties, in the lease transactions.
Seritage is renovating the 16.5-acre property, which delivered in 1970. It is 71.3 percent occupied.
