Davis Commercial breaks ground on 560K-sf distribution center

​​​​HOUSTON – Davis Commercial Development has broken ground on Cypress Preserve Logistics Center, a 560,000-sf distribution center on 31.9 acres near I-45 and the Hardy Tollway. 

The center will have two cross-dock buildings with spaces ranging from 64,500 to 258,000 sf. They will feature 32-ft clear heights, 165 trailer parking spaces, and office spaces.

There will also be two tilt-wall buildings totaling 41,500 sf. They will have 24-ft clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and custom office finishes. 

Delivery is slated for October 2019. Colliers International will handle leasing.
