SUGAR LAND – Marcel Group will break ground next month on its Marcel District development at the corner of LJ Pkwy. and University Blvd.
The 7.3-acre site will include 41,785 sf of retail, restaurant, and service-oriented space as well as 27,000 sf of Class A office space.
Construction will take nine months to complete with leasing adding an additional 18 months.
Tenants will include a mix of fast-casual and sit-down restaurant concepts, fashion boutiques, and salon and professional services.
