​​​​Rendering of SoCo 44.AUSTIN – Travis County commissioners have approved a tax exemption for SoCo 44, a $62 million multifamily project at 4401 S. Congress Ave. 

Ninety percent of the 275 units will be reserved for tenants earning incomes at or below 120 percent of the area’s median income.

Cypress Real Estate Advisors is developing the property, which is at the intersection of the South Congress corridor and the St. Elmo district.​

Construction will be completed in 2020.
